Mobile HVAC Maintenance Engineer Rossair Limited specialise in the design, supply, installation and maintenance of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, mechanical and electrical building services. Rossair are based in Alton, Hampshire and were established in 1973, Rossair have been successfully carrying out HVAC, mechanical and electrical installations & maintenance for 50 years. We are looking for an HVAC Mobile Mechanical Engineer preferably having worked in the building services industry, with experience to perform reactive and planned maintenance work on air conditioning systems & associated building services equipment. The ideal candidate would be - Literate with a solid technical background Who can read and create technical documentation. Solution orientated, put customer interest first and provide them with solutions to their problems. Engineer who is confident in taking control of the situation and puts customer at ease. Able to provide a quotation to customer - on occasion Complete relevant paperwork and reports to a high standard. Job Description Additional Duties Planned preventative maintenance and fault finding of air-conditioning systems, generally within commercial office environments. Replacement of AC component parts, such as compressors, condensers, and PCB boards. Working with associated HVAC & associated building servicesequipment. An understanding of ventilation plant, pumps, pressurisation units, domestic hot & cold-water systems and general building controls would be beneficial but not essential. Documentation such as the completion of F GasRegisters. Location of Work; The successful candidate will be covering mostly Hampshire, West Sussex, Surrey, and Berkshire areas along with some work in London.
