Chartered Infrastructure Surveyor

Up to £55k Per annum DOE + Car allowance
The Role
Are you ready to play a key part in shaping the UK's infrastructure? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic Infrastructure Services division working across a broad range of utilities sectors. This role offers the chance to contribute to projects that support the delivery of sustainable, long-lasting infrastructure across the country.
You'll be involved in everything from managing complex infrastructure projects from planning to completion, through to delivering consultancy services on benchmarking, procedures, and management systems. You'll also provide line management to a small team, so previous experience leading others would be advantageous.
This is a full-time permanent role based on 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, but flexibility and hybrid options are available. Professionals from a range of surveying backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Advise on and manage infrastructure projects at local, regional, and national level
Deliver land consultancy advice to support asset maintenance and new installations
Represent clients in dealings with landowners, offering professional guidance
Manage land referencing, statutory notices, compensation negotiations, and acquisition of rights
Liaise with landowners and participate in public consultations
Contribute to wider business projects as needed
Maintain regular communication with clients and report on project progress
Support, mentor and train graduates within the team
What We're Looking For
MRICS or AssocRICS qualified (preferred)
Experience in line management
Strong project management capabilities
Proficient in IT systems and tools
Confident communicator with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisational, prioritisation and time management skills
Detail-oriented with a high standard of written and verbal communication
A relationship builder with the ability to represent the business positively
