Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Second Line Support Engineer to provide technical support, manage ERP systems, and maintain IT infrastructure in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Service Desk Support: Resolve user issues efficiently and adhere to Service Level Agreements.
* ERP Support: Troubleshoot ERP systems, manage user access, and collaborate on updates to ensure seamless operations.
* Systems Administration: Manage servers, desktops, and system software, monitor performance, and ensure security protocols are implemented.
* Network Administration: Support network infrastructure, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and implement security measures.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Experience with ERP systems (desirable)
* Proficiency in the Microsoft 365 environment, including Windows environments.
* Strong understanding of IT systems and networking principles.
* Desirable skills include VMware and experience working in Manufacturing, Food & Beverages, Food Produce, or Wholesale industries.
* Ability to work under pressure and delegate tasks effectively.
* A valid driving license and access to own transportation are required.
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
