St. Margaret's Hospice is looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Data Analyst to take a key role in our data-driven initiatives. This is a permanent position that offers the opportunity to lead a talented team, manage critical Organisational reporting, and make a significant impact across all functions, including Clinical, Finance, HR, and more. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Management: Line manage the Data Analyst, providing guidance, mentorship, and direction. Take overall responsibility for the accuracy, quality, and integrity of Organisational reporting. Data Platform Ownership: Oversee and manage the Microsoft Fabric Data Platform, ensuring it meets the needs of the Organisation and supports key strategic initiatives. Reporting & Analytics: Lead on the creation and maintenance of PowerBI reports, including executive & board-level reporting such as KPI dashboards. Utilise advanced data analysis techniques using PowerBI, SQL, Python, and other tools. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders across the Organisation, understanding their data needs and ensuring that reporting is aligned with Organisational goals. Engage in strategic projects and initiatives such as the Integrated Systems Project. Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in data analytics, promoting best practices, and staying up to date with emerging technologies, including AI and data analysis tools.
