The Role This role manages the Kia UK customer database (currently Siebel, moving to Salesforce), with a focus on increasing the quantity and quality of data, ensuring effective use and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and develops reporting for dealers, van centres and field teams on the management of Leads and Chat enquiries (open rates, conversion, etc). You will also act as an expert to support other teams and business partners in best practice for the collection, transfer, use and storage / retention of customer data, ensuring compliance with GDPR requirements. Be responsible for the overall performance management of Digital and Data solutions reporting ( Siebel, Leads, Kia Chat, Salesforce etc). Key responsibilities include : Customer Database Manage the KUK customer database (currently Siebel) including all extracts and data flows, and provide reporting on database health and the quality and effectiveness of CRM campaigns Play a key role in the continued development of the database, including proposed transition to Salesforce Ensure KUK policies are adhered to and updated in line with latest legislation in respect of data storage, use and retention / deletion. Support marketing and other teams, providing advice, guidance and expertise to ensure compliance with legislation (GDPR) and to improve effectiveness Work with third parties and business partners to ensure compliance and best practice in respect of data storage and handling Lead Management Manage third party suppliers to ensure the effective distribution of leads to dealers and van centres Develop and generate reporting on lead management to support dealers, van centres and field teams to improve conversion and performance Chat Manage third party suppliers to ensure the effective operation of Kia Chat Develop and generate reporting on Chat follow up and conversions, supporting dealers, van centres and field teams Support the definition and roll-out of future phases of Kia Chat Apps and Other Systems Support the development and implementation of future customer and data systems, including the development of the Kia website (One Web) and Kia Apps General Develop and maintain up-to-date documentation for all systems and processes Develop effective and collaborative relationships with internal and external partners, acting as a though partners for the development of digital and data solutions Work closely with the CRM team to advise and support projects with the aim of improving overall CRM performance in Open Rates, CTRs etc. Manage and authorise data requests from KUK departments Set up a dashboard of regular, accurate and meaningful reporting and metrics on data collection and database health Manage and review all key reports identifying trends and challenges at a very early stage Develop an effective and collaborative working relationship with internal and external stakeholders and key agency partners. About You Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a data, strategy or reporting role within the Automotive or data sector Experience of CRM system development and integrations Experience of strategic development and management of data Skills: Highly numerate and PC literate. MS Office advanced (PowerPoint/Excel) with strong presentation skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Business analysis, planning and data processing skills. Self-starter, motivated, driven, with a desire to learn. Demonstrate high energy and drive, and the capability to review and share insight Ability to interpret and present complex data. Understanding of GDPR Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders within the organisation Logical and objective, with the ability to translate data and feedback into results and process.
