The Company:
A well-established and reputable supplier of clothing and accessories to high street retailers and boutiques is looking to recruit an Ecommerce Assistant to join their busy team. Excellent career opportunity to join a friendly and ambitious company. You will be preparing spreadsheets and imagery for new listings to be uploaded into the multi-channel management software. The working hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm - this is an office-based role.
The Role:
1. Liaison with eBay and Amazon seller support to resolve product listing issues.
2. Working closely with the Ecommerce, Marketing & Photography teams.
3. Researching products to be listed online including competitor analysis.
4. Creating and preparing spreadsheets and imagery for new listings to be uploaded into our Multi-channel management software.
5. Continuously review and amend listings to improve impressions and conversions. This includes ASIN research through Reports, monitoring sales performance and identifying/resolving issues.
6. Improve listing processes and highlight any areas for improvement.
7. Regularly updating our internal task management program with any progress of your work.
8. Working with your manager to highlight and implement any new areas for growth including potential new selling channels and products.
9. Other duties as required.
Skills required:
1. Have Ecommerce knowledge - preferably in fashion.
2. You must have exceptional written skills and a keen eye.
3. You will have the ability to adapt to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. You will demonstrate a commitment to developing your own knowledge and abilities.
5. You must have excellent IT skills, including the use of Microsoft Office.
