About the role: As a General SEN Teacher, you will create engaging and adaptive lessons tailored to individual student needs, ensuring a supportive and inclusive learning environment. You will help students learn and develop in a way thats best for them and their individual needs About You: Qualifications: QTS required. Experience: Experience working with students with complex learning needs, including PMLD and SLD, is highly beneficial. Skills: Ability to deliver engaging, functional, and relevant lessons tailored to EHCP targets. Knowledge: Understanding of specialist teaching techniques and adaptive strategies for SEN learners. Collaboration: Strong teamwork skills to work effectively with families and other professionals. Communication: Excellent professional communication with students, staff, and parents.
