We are currently recruiting for a Learning and Development Administrator to join our team. Providing administration and facilitation support to the Learning and Development function - In particular by supporting the managing and maintaining of the eLearning LMS platform, designing and developing eLearning modules to be undertaken by various colleagues across the business and being an all-round team member for the Learning and Development department.
As part of the role you will coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and seminars; assist in designing and updating training programs and materials and support trainers in the preparation and delivery of training sessions.
We are looking for someone with 5 GCSEs Grade A-C, including Maths and English (or equivalent); proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and evidence of working as part of a team. You will also need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks; and attention to detail and accuracy in your work.
