Collaboration with Quantity Surveyor: Work closely with the project QS to monitor budgets, control costs, and ensure financial objectives are met. ? Programme Management: Utilise Asta Powerproject to develop, update, and manage detailed project programmes, ensuring all milestones are achieved. ? Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. ? Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive reports for both internal management and external clients, detailing project progress, risks, and financial status. ? Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate project teams, including site managers, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure cohesive and efficient project execution. ? Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimise impact on project delivery. ? Quality Assurance: Ensure all work complies with relevant standards, specifications, and client requirements, maintaining a focus on quality and continuous improvement. ? Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Asta Powerproject for project programming and scheduling. ?
