We're seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our UK team, working closely with and reporting directly to the Director of Inside Sales UK. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping our sales strategy, driving team performance, and contributing to the overall growth of our business. Strategic Partnership with Director Work closely with the Director of Inside Sales UK on strategic decisions and initiatives Provide comprehensive data analysis and insights to support informed decision-making Collaborate on long-term planning for team growth and development Identify and communicate market trends and opportunities to inform business strategy Team Leadership & Development Lead and inspire a team of 16 Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) and 2 Team Leaders Coach and mentor Team Leaders, supporting their growth as first-time people managers Foster a high-performance culture focused on achieving and exceeding targets Implement strategies for team expansion and talent acquisition Strategic Sales Management Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives Set ambitious yet achievable targets for the inside sales team Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities Performance Optimisation Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the inside sales function Drive high activity levels and productivity across the team Implement and optimise sales processes and technologies to enhance efficiency Client Relationship Management Oversee key account strategies and personally handle high-value client relationships Ensure exceptional levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Service teams Contribute valuable market insights to product development processes Provide sales team feedback to inform product improvements and new offerings Reporting & Analytics Prepare and present comprehensive sales reports and forecasts to the Director and senior leadership Utilise data-driven insights to inform decision-making and strategy Develop actionable recommendations based on sales performance and market analysis Essential Experience & Skills Proven track record in sales management, preferably within the gift card or prepaid products industry Experience in providing strategic support to senior leadership Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Experience leading and developing inside sales teams and first-time managers Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in CRM systems and sales technologies Desirable Qualities Strategic thinker with a proactive and innovative approach to sales Results-driven with a passion for exceeding targets Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced environment Commitment to continuous learning and improvement Ability to influence and collaborate across various levels of the organisation
