We are looking for a Helpdesk Administrator to join our Building Services team on-site at Royal Papworth Hospital.
The role will be to deliver outstanding customer service as part of the Royal Papworth Helpdesk for Hard and Soft Facilities Management including handling large call and email volumes from the Helpdesk Users, including logging requests on our Computer Aided Faculties Management (CAFM) System to a high level of accuracy.
You’ll:
1. Provide administration of the CAFM system to ensure we meet our contractual obligations including the management of job cards and production of reports to assist the On-Site Operations Team.
2. Helping Subcontractors and Suppliers whilst on site, and remotely including electronic correspondence.
3. Proactively liaise with Technical Staff, Supervisors, Managers and Building Users (as appropriate) to ensure accurate, relevant and timely communication is always maintained.
4. Assist in the collating of and production of reports as required by Helpdesk and Administration Manager including the Monthly Performance Report.

5. Good basic knowledge of computers and software.
6. Performing in a busy and demanding Office Environment.
7. Previous customer experience, able to provide a professional and supportive Customer Service
8. Maintain accurate data records.
