Hours: Monday - Friday 08:30am-17:00pm
Job Purpose
Due to the continued growth of our GB energy team we’re very excited to offer an opportunity to join our sales team in Crewe as a Business Development Executive.
Your responsibilities day to day will be…
You will be responsible for building long-term relationships with our customer base in the UK & any customers through our partnerships, supporting them with their Business Energy
1. Achieve sales objectives through the development and the maintenance of business relationships
2. Generating opportunities from both existing group customers and new prospects (inbound and outbound)
3. Following up on internal campaign and website leads to build your own pipeline
4. Become an expert in our Energy offering and the wider market, allowing you to support your customers and act as a trusted partner
5. Develop your pipeline of prospects, managing your diary to keep them engaged and providing the support needed for them to make their decision
6. Drive upsell campaigns letting customers take fuller advantage from Radius group services whilst creating longer and stronger contractual relationships
The experience and skills that we are looking for include:
7. A proven track record in developing and growing business accounts
8. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
9. Excellent communication and listening skills
10. Experience in sales desired but not essential
