Role:
Reporting into the Finance Manager, duties of this role include:
* Processing payroll for permanent staff and subcontractors
* Calculating correct employee pay by considering hours worked, overtime rates, taxes, national insurance payments etc.
* Processing holiday, sick, maternity and paternity leave payments
* Dealing with employee queries
* Continual process improvement of payroll function
* Potentially overseeing a small team later down the line
Person:
My client is ideally looking for someone with:
* Strong background in payroll
* Experience of managing people preferred
* Experience dealing with subcontractors ideal
* Background in construction or engineering sectors preferred
Package:
* Salary up to €40k (DoE)
* 28 days holiday (Increases with service)
