Sales Support Administrator - Full time - Office based - Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm

Supporting the National sales support team and National account team in daily admin duties for our National EDI customers.

Summary of Role
The role is an internal based sales admin support role where you will work with the National Account Sales Support team and National Account Managers to deliver excellent support and admin requirements to our national customers who place their orders via EDI.
Together the team will work towards the company targets but also the overall national accounts department targets.
The role is to support the day-to-day activities within the National support department and be the EDI customer’s go to person for issues, order / delivery queries and administration requirements produced by the customer or the account manager.
In this role, you will be responsible for seeing these queries through from start to finish and will work side by side with another administrator.
The successful applicant will be fully trained in all aspects of packaging, systems, EDI and the department admin duties.
Job Accountabilities:
* Develop relationships with purchasing, supply chain and operational contacts and become a trusted person they feel they can go to in the event they cannot make contact with the account manager or the support team.
* You will be responsible for seeing through and creating service request logs for customer complaints and to keep the customer well informed of the processes within our business to help them get the best service and answers as quick as possible.
* For customers who use portals to place their orders, you will be responsible for keeping these up to date by liaising with the commercial department to implement any changes.
* A trusted self-starter, who can manage their own time effectively and be a dynamic thinker and work well in a team.
* From a Telesales, customer services, administrator or customer facing background looking to move into a support admin role.
* A relationship builder who is confident on the phone and is good at gathering information whilst being confident in making decisions.
* Innovative, good organisational skills and prepared and able to work towards deadlines and targets as a team.
* To manage the LOST, downgrade & back order reports and action accordingly.
* To keep track on national accounts and their orders and make outgoing calls to remind customers if they have not placed their order. (For example a Tuesday only customer who regularly places on a Monday but by close to cut off time, they have not placed their order.)
* You will be the go to person for any EDI Key account incoming calls or emails, who requires assistance with an order query or an issue.
