Epsom and St Helier Hospital NHS Trust are collaborating on a Joint EPR Transformation Digital Programme. This initiative aims to transition clinical documentation from paper to digital format within the Trust’s Electronic Patient Record (iClipPro) system, Oracle
To support this rollout, we are looking for Oracle Floorwalkers to assist both clinical and non-clinical staff with the transition. Floorwalkers will be stationed in Hospitals to provide support, answer queries, and help resolve issues arising from these changes.
The duration of the temporary assignment is 4-8 weeks, please note we are unable to guarantee shifts on Bank following the end of the 8 weeks.

Key Responsibilities
· Conduct regular walkarounds in designated wards to proactively identify and resolve issues.
· Provide timely and appropriate responses to user queries.
· Maintain a log of issues that are not already covered in troubleshooting guides.
· To provide at the elbow support and workflow guidance to end users during the early go-live period to ensure a smooth transition into the new EPR system.
· Engage in regular handovers with the Project Team, ensuring smooth transition between shifts and tracking unresolved issues.

• Work closely with end users to ensure best use of the application.
• Liaise with the IT team, Cerner project team and other relevant departments to help resolve issues that have been identified.
• Update and maintain any support materials in line with any service changes as requested by the Floorwalker Manager.
• Attend all relevant training and maintain an up-to-date personal working knowledge of Cerner and other IT systems that are used at the two Trusts.
• Actively participate in the overall development of the service.
• Participate in meetings regarding the operational use of the system.
• Report problems and issues with the system through the agreed channels.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of Cerner and the other clinical systems used by the Trusts.
• Support other floor walkers’ and super users’ (staff in each area that have received additional training so they can support collegues) development and provide ongoing support to them.
· Assist staff in navigating and effectively using the new system to ensure a smooth transition.
· Walk the floor in designated areas, proactively responding to staff queries and troubleshooting issues.
· Promote staff independence by directing them to crib sheets and Quick Reference Guides (QRGs) as needed.
· Deliver high-quality training in a professional, customer-focused manner to ensure staff feel confident using the new system.
· Work closely with end users to ensure they maximize the benefits of the application and adopt best practices.
· Liaise with key teams, including the IT team, iClipPro project team, and other relevant departments, to help identify and resolve system-related issues.
