Key Responsibilities: Assist teachers in delivering engaging and interactive early years activities. Support children's social, emotional, and academic development in line with the EYFS curriculum. Provide one-on-one and small group support to pupils who need extra help. Foster a positive and nurturing learning environment. Help with classroom organisation, behaviour management, and preparing learning materials. Requirements of a Teaching Assistant: Prior experience as a Teaching Assistant (TA) or in a similar role within an educational setting. A passion for education and a commitment to helping students succeed. Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with staff and students. The ability to adapt to different learning needs and classroom environments.
