About the Role:
This role is working within the central client team for SharkNinja. The candidate will work closely with the Managing Partner, Executive Director, Senior Account Manager, and account planning teams supporting both digital operations and communications planning for the region.
Given the ever-increasing importance of both brand and direct-to-consumer digital touchpoints in the client’s business and amplified use of data and technology, we are seeking a Digital Media Manager to report to the Senior Account Manager and support driving forward our solutions across different regions. This is to ensure adoption, sophistication, and innovation in all markets.
This role will be critical to supporting the client’s own digital transformation program, enabling OMD’s central team to fulfill SharkNinja’s ambitions in growing their digital, data, and technology capabilities and ultimately driving purchase, as well as helping to deliver their digital strategy across the region. The successful candidate should have a passion for all things digital and for converting data into meaningful insights for strategy and planning.
Working as part of the Central Hub team, this role will help drive digital excellence across our markets and support best-in-class local activation. Reporting into the Senior Account Manager, it will be the responsibility of this individual to directly help deliver the digital vision for SharkNinja across the various markets under our remit.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure local markets are delivering against SharkNinja’s digital objectives.
* Support the development of centrally driven marketing strategies with cohesive digital thinking, focusing on local marketing planning implications and activation.
* Collaborate with key digital media partners and manage the deployment of some aspects of joint business plans.
* Provide support to all reporting requirements and insights.
* Help with the deployment of digital test & learn initiatives that can be lifted by markets.
* Be an agent of change – continually driving innovation.
* Forge relationships with SharkNinja clients and manage the delivery of key workstreams.
* Champion the digital landscape – helping to educate agency and client teams.
* Develop new pilot, innovation, or beta concepts for digital and data regionally.
* Proactively look for new data partnership opportunities for PepsiCo.
* Support key industry challenges including brand safety, ad fraud, viewability, and measurement.
* Ensure local markets deliver on best practices in terms of audience planning, campaign management & optimization, measurement planning, and data application.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Candidates should be knowledgeable in the use of DMPs, DSPs, ad-verification, 3rd party data providers, and ad servers. An understanding of analytics packages is also desirable.
* Familiarity with viewability measurement (MOAT, IAS, DoubleVerify) and audience measurement (Atlas, SimilarWeb, Comscore, Nielsen DAR).
* Experience with ad serving solutions, tag management, and operations is a plus.
* Excellent verbal and written skills.
* Exceptional organizational skills, multi-tasking capabilities, and detail-oriented.
* Be a proactive self-starter.
* Previous experience working with local teams is a benefit.
* Languages beyond English are a plus.
