The Role We are recruiting for a Simulation technician (bank) on a 24month fixed term to join the Clinical Education team. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of high fidelity education and simulation across Thames Valley Air Ambulance (TVAA). Your responsibilities will include: Supporting the education team in preparing clinical simulations/ moulages, Assisting in the management of simulation technology, including iSimulate devices Preparing course materials for both internal and external training Working with the education team to plan and deliver training activity Managing the simulation ambulance, training kit and equipment and managing the education store. Assisting in the use of medical meat for teaching About You To be considered for this role, you should have a keen interest in and experience in working within clinical education settings. You will have expertise in utilising clinical simulation technology to deliver high fidelity simulations in a range of settings and to a broad range of clinicians. Experience of working within a team setting to plan and deliver education programmes is essential. Experience of working within pre-hospital care services is desirable, but not essential.
