As part of the Worldwide Broker Network (WBN), we handle approximately 30% of our insurance business through this channel, connecting businesses with local brokers globally.
The Team
You will be joining a high-performing team of six in the North region, recognised as the top-performing region within the company. The team is a mix of experienced professionals and rising stars, each with their own strengths and areas of expertise. Our commitment to development is evident in our Sales Academy program, designed to nurture talent and provide ongoing training for all levels of experience.

Our offer to you
* Competitive Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum plus a competitive benefits package.
* Bonus Potential: Opportunity to earn an additional bonus based on individual and team performance. Last year, the team achieved an 11.2% growth rate, resulting in an additional 2.5% bonus for all team members.

Job requirements
* Proven experience: Experience as a Client Executive or similar role within the insurance industry.
* Strong network: Existing relationships within the Yorkshire market are highly desirable but north west as a whole.
* Business Development: A proven track record of generating new business and exceeding targets.
* Portfolio Management: Experience in managing a portfolio of clients and providing excellent client service.
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
* Industry Knowledge: A strong understanding of commercial insurance products and services.
* Target Driven: Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve ambitious targets.
* Flexibility: Willingness to travel 2 days in the office (Manchester).
