Job Description
* Property Management: Manage the East Kilbride site and other properties in line with client expectations, ensuring that all RICS regulatory and Colliers Best Practice standards are met.
* Professional Work: Deliver professional services, meeting all reporting requirements and maintaining compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
* Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and efficient management.
* Financial Contribution: Help achieve fee income targets through proactive management and identification of new income opportunities.
* Business Development: Support cross-selling initiatives and contribute ideas for new business opportunities.
* Team Oversight: Oversee site-based staff, including Facilities Managers and Receptionists, to ensure operational effectiveness.
Qualifications
and Experience:
* Proven experience in property management, ideally within a surveyor or senior surveyor capacity.
* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and manage client relationships.
* Excellent organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Relevant professional qualification (e.g., MRICS) is preferred.
* Solid knowledge of the Scottish property market.
