Job Duties:
* Provide support to students with challenging behaviour in a classroom setting
* Implement behaviour management strategies in collaboration with teachers and SENCO
* Assist in the development and implementation of individualised behaviour plans
* Monitor and track student progress in behaviour goals
* Support students in developing social and emotional skills
Required Qualifications:
* Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths
* Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting
* Knowledge of behaviour management techniques

Preferred Qualifications:

Working Conditions:
This role involves working in a classroom setting with students exhibiting challenging behaviour. The ability to remain calm under pressure and effectively manage challenging situations is essential. The role may require some flexibility in working hours to accommodate student needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
