We are growing both our Sheffield Face-to-Face Fundraising Teams and looking for an experienced, driven and ethical Fundraiser to amplify the voices of some of the World's most important causes.We are offering both part-time and full-time positions.

Responsibilities
* Delivering a host of impactful campaigns to members of the public at events and public spaces
* Research and design compelling dialogues that inspire long-term giving - considering the donor demographic, event type, organisation and charity
* Meet and exceed daily targets, using KPI tracking tools and reports to strengthen your performance
* Help supporters begin their journey as a donor, leaving people feeling confident, connected and appreciated
* Lead by example – boost morale, mentor peers, and create a motivating team atmosphere
* Collaborate with campaign managers to hit fundraising tagets and exceed expectations
* Ensure ethical fundraising practices and standards are at the heart of everything you do
* Own elements of your campaign dialogue – from strategy to supporter experience
* Work with our operations team to deliver smooth, supportive experiences for joining donors
* Evaluate, innovate and help us do things better across both the business and on the field
* Initiate and develop lasting relationships with venues, organisers and charity representatives.
* Act as a reliable, knowledgeable and approachable representative for the organisations and charities we represent
Skills & Experience
* Experience in face-to-face fundraising, sales and customer service
* A full driving licence and access to a vehicle
* Have a clear understanding of ethical selling and show confidence in the Problem, Solution, Ask framework.
* Strong people skills – you’re confident, warm, and a great communicator
* Confident with building lasting relationships with venues, organisers and charity representatives.
* Passion for social impact and supporting non-profits
* Positive mindset and the energy to keep going even on the tough days
* A flair for organisation, creativity and thinking on your feet
* Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
* Tech-savvy enough to manage your own reporting, form-filling and communication
