Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
1. Delivering accurate, timely Partner information which supports shop operations, ensuring personnel activities are completed appropriately and effectively.
2. Providing administrative support to the shop.
3. Supporting managers in ensuring a safe working/shopping environment is adhered to.
4. Facilitating and managing the end-to-end recruitment process for the shop including interviews and processing offers of employment.
5. Handling confidential personnel information in a sensitive and confidential way.
6. Providing and managing Partner-related data to ensure that legal requirements are met and that the support provided adds value.
Essential skills/experience you'll need
1. Experience with stakeholder management.
2. Excellent influencing and organisational skills.
3. Excellent communication skills dealing with third parties and stakeholders on a day-to-day basis.
4. Multiple management of projects, demonstrating strong attention to detail.
Desirable skills/experience you may have
1. An understanding of Health and Safety within a retail environment.
2. Experience in budget management.
3. Experience of end-to-end recruitment processes.
4. Note-taking skills for formal meetings such as disciplinaries.
