As a Service Assistant it's your role to ensure that the welcome our visitors receive is perfect, setting them up for an amazing experience for the rest of the day. In this role, you'll be;
* Based at Birling Gap and supporting local properties
* Working alongside staff and volunteers in delivering outstanding customer service
* Being part of the Welcome Team, providing information and orientation as well as a great hello and goodbye
* Operating outdoors supporting the maintenance of the site including the facilities
* Promoting events, offers, products and benefits of actively supporting the National Trust
* Supporting the delivery of events at times throughout the year

Birling Gap and the Seven Sisters is a world famous tourist location. During the Summer season we see thousands of visitors each week. You will be part of the Welcome team reporting to the Welcome Manager, maintaining standards across the site as well as engaging with our visitors. Salary: £11.50 per hour
Contract/duration: Permanent
Hours/working pattern/hours: This role is based on 1281 annualised hours, where the amount of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in 12 equal instalments over the year., The package
