Services Specialist - (Digital Implementation Services) will provide expertise in sustained customer success and growth in the post-sales customer lifecycle through training, professional services, technical support, renewals, outcome attainment, retention, expansion, and customer advocacy with a Digital focus. You will be accountable for the quality of your own work, subject to direct operations supervision and prescribed work instructions. Executes within a well-defined operations framework with a step-by-step sequence of standard operational tasks to achieve an end result.
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Contribute to the implementation of ADMS solutions utilizing the Software Suite. Own technical deliverables during the entire lifecycle of the projects. Engage throughout the full lifecycle of assigned projects, participating in decisions on architecture, design, and functionality to keep programs on track in terms of budget, time, and customer expectations. Work closely with the client to understand their needs and develop strategies tailored to their organization through site assessments. Make standard recommendations on workflow, application, interface, reports, testing, and uploads to customers through the implementation process. Responsible for go-live readiness and support as well as post-live checkups, collaborating with internal team members and clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
2. Develop conceptual knowledge of the professional discipline, which may include support roles with specialized expertise or technical knowledge in a broad area.
3. Apply general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience, understanding how the work of your team contributes to the area.
4. Resolve issues using established procedures and consult with supervisors or more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.
5. Collaborate with others to solve issues. For customer-facing roles, develop strong customer relationships and serve as the interface between the customer and GE, exchanging technical information, asking questions, and checking for understanding.
Required Qualifications
1. Good understanding of IT Systems & Digital Implementation Services.
2. Experience with Unix and/or Windows systems.
3. Understanding of software analysis, design, and architecture.
4. Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable discipline from an accredited university.
5. Experience in Linux, SQL, Python, Docker, Jenkins.
6. Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
7. Strong oral and written communication skills.
8. Customer-focused and a good team player.
9. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
10. Exposure to customer engagement.
Desired Characteristics
1. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
2. Utility domain experience.
3. Knowledge of ADMS systems.
