Job Title: Field Sales Consultant
Salary: £26,000 basic starting salary, £2,400 annual car allowance and auto fuel card to cover all business mileage
Commission: Uncapped commission structure (OTE up to 60K)
Location: Preston (100% field-based)

As a Field Sales Consultant at Bionic, you'll represent our brand by engaging directly with customers and delivering the outstanding service we’re known for.
The Role:
As a Field Sales Consultant, you’ll play a key role in driving growth by:
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with business owners.
* Identifying new opportunities and generating leads.
* Providing tailored solutions across multiple products, including energy, telecoms, and insurance.
* Becoming the trusted point of contact for your customers, ensuring they receive top-tier service.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
* Engage with prospective and existing business customers across the UK, averaging around 50 knocks per day.
* Identify customer needs and present suitable solutions across various business essentials, including energy, telecoms, and insurance.
* Build strong relationships and provide a world-class service to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly targets and KPIs.
About You:
* Resilience: You may not meet your targets every day, but it’s how you react to those hurdles that sets you apart.
* Outstanding Communication Skills: This is key when building relationships with your customers, ensuring they receive a world-class experience every time.
* Self-Management/Accountability: It is important that all our Field Sales Consultants have the motivation and self-discipline to manage and to grow our existing customer base.
* Target Driven/Self Motivated: You are target-driven but also customer-centric, understanding that the customer always comes before the sale.
* Clean Driver’s License and Valid Car Insurance: We require all consultants to have access to their own vehicle (personal or rented).
* 18 months+ sales experience (B2B, lead generation or field sales experience is desirable).
