Our success depends on the commitment and dedication of our staff. Our ward is an enjoyable and fulfilling place to work; we know that feeling valued at work has a positive impact on both staff and patients, and our values and behaviors framework highlights our commitment to this.
You will be supported through the 'Journey of Excellence,' which is a bespoke program that will assist you in the acquisition of knowledge and skills to facilitate your progression.
