What you'll be doing:
* Shape the brand's proposition, using customer insights and market analysis to establish distinct, differentiated territories.
* Define and communicate William Hill's purpose, ensuring the brand resonates with customers and stands out in the market.
* Strategically position the brand to maximise commercial potential, aligning with broader business objectives across all territories.
* Ensure William Hill has a clear identity within the brand portfolio, driving the right message to the right customers.
* Create brand guidelines and personality that empower every colleague to bring the brand to life consistently and authentically.
* Partner with Research and Insight to track brand performance, using metrics like brand tracking, image perception, and consideration to monitor brand health.
* Collaborate with country MDs, product leads, and cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across roadmaps, products, and promotional efforts.
* Work closely with Creative to develop and refine the brand's tone of voice, ensuring it reflects William Hill's identity and values.
Who we're looking for:
* Proven leadership in brand strategy, with the ability to simplify complex ideas and inspire teams to deliver on brand vision.
* Exceptional relationship-building skills, able to influence at all levels with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
* Significant experience in a brand-focused role, with a track record of working strategically while executing tactically.
* Commercially astute, able to align brand initiatives with business objectives, creating a measurable impact.
