Do you want to make a difference with the work you do? Join us as a Sales & Tendering Administrator on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity.
Responsibilities:
1. Monitor shared mailboxes and distribute bid notices and portal notifications to relevant teams.
2. Maintain tendering portals, ensuring information is up to date.
3. Complete pre-qualification and supplier questionnaires, collaborating with various departments to ensure accuracy.
4. Maintain a library of supporting evidence for use when completing questionnaires.
5. Complete Health & Safety recertification questionnaires in coordination with the HSQE team.
6. Liaise with the legal team and insurance broker to ensure up-to-date insurance documentation.
7. Provide onboarding and offboarding support for the department.
8. Purchase IT and other equipment using the procurement system and raise purchase orders as needed.
9. Produce standard customer quotations for Yunex and third-party products.
10. Arrange site access, meeting rooms, and hospitality for team members and visitors as required.
11. Distribute relevant information within the department.
Qualifications & Experience:
1. Organised and methodical with the ability to prioritise workload and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
2. A team player with keen attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
3. Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
4. Proficient in MS Office Suite and experienced in using a variety of digital solutions.
5. Previous experience as a senior administrator or a relevant qualification (NVQ desirable).
