We require a Relief Manager for a leading Self-Storage company. This is an exciting opportunity to cover stores within the East and West Midlands and Manchester.
You will support the Regional Manager to maximise sales and profit targets, store compliance and sustain effective relationships within the stores.

Hours:
1. Full-time, 40 hours a week
2. 5 days a week maximum
3. Varied days on monthly rota
4. Usually 8 hour shifts, varied between 8am and 6pm
Relief Manager Duties:
1. Provide support and help as directed by the Regional Manager
2. Open and close stores as key holder while colleagues are absent
3. Promote sales in line with the stores business plan
4. Proactively market the stores, which will include leaflet drops and business visits
5. Ensure the stores achieve their revenue budgets
6. Prepare and follow up quotes for stores with the Regional Managers guidance
7. Maintain and promote excellent financial controls, cash handling, banking and accounting procedures
8. Ensure that the company admin systems are maintained and adhered to
9. Carry out ad hoc tasks as requested by the Regional Manager

If you have experience in sales, storage or retail we would love to hear from you! It would also be beneficial to have a little experience as an Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, Supervisor or Team Leader.
