Our Fundraising Operations Team plays a vital role in ensuring that our supporters and volunteers have the resources they need to raise funds that make a real difference. As a Fulfilment and Support Officer, you will handle a variety of tasks that keep our fundraising activities running smoothly. From preparing welcome packs for new supporters to managing thank-you letters, your attention to detail and dedication will ensure that every interaction with our supporters is meaningful and impactful. Your work will directly support our fundraising teams and help build lasting relationships with our donors, contributing to Marie Curie's mission of providing high-quality end-of-life care. Main responsibilities: - Prepare and dispatch fundraising materials such as welcome packs, thank-you letters, and event kits. - Collaborate with fundraising teams to ensure seamless support for campaigns and events. - Liaise with suppliers and response handlers to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment. - Monitor stock levels of materials and coordinate replenishments when needed. - Contribute to process improvements and ensure smooth operations within the team. - Participate in team meetings and help develop innovative solutions to improve supporter experiences. Key Criteria: - Strong communication skills (written and verbal). - Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. - Excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines. - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. - Willingness to handle physical tasks such as lifting and moving materials. - Experience using CRM systems (nice to have) - Knowledge of fundraising activities and supporter engagement will be an advantage.
