Key Responsibilities
* Financial Operations:
o Maintain and reconcile ledger accounts to ensure financial accuracy.
o Contribute to the preparation of monthly financial statements and year-end audit documentation.
o Manage petty cash and process remittance advice postings.
* Vendor and Purchase Management:
o Oversee purchase ledger activities, including invoice processing, supplier account setup, and payment runs.
o Address supplier queries and assist with credit control efforts via phone and email.
* Administrative Duties:
o Record staff leave and sickness data to maintain accurate personnel records.
o Input monthly utility data into the internal system and manage rental queries and payments.
* Employee Support:
o Process staff expense claims and assist with other queries as required.
