You'll be operating within our operations centre, providing both in-person and remote support, ensuring seamless, high-quality care coordination, patient advocacy, and clinical oversight. Qualifications and Experience: - Current registration as a Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with the NMC. - Minimum of 2 years post-registration clinical experience in mental health nursing. - Proven experience in case management, care coordination, or similar roles. - Ability to comfortably work in a hybrid role (operations centre, in-person, remote). - Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills. - Proficiency with clinical software and digital platforms.
