I'm partnering with an established employee-owned software company just North of Lancaster in Cumbria, specializing in life-critical healthcare systems and NHS projects. They're currently looking for a .NET developer to their existing team of 14 developers.
• Full-time permanent positions
• Salary: £40,000 - £55,000
• Initial 6 months full-time onsite, then hybrid working (3 days office/2 days remote)
• Team size: 14 developers
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and development of user-facing features and server-side code
• Building scalable applications and reusable code libraries
• Contributing to technical design sessions
• Collaborating with project managers, developers, and stakeholders
• Some customer support duties
Technical Skills:
• 5+ years of software development experience
• Strong C# and .NET development expertise
• WPF, XAML, and MVVM for UI development
• Entity Framework Core
• API design and development
• Database development
• Source control (Git/TFS)
