Position: Quality Technician Salary: Up to £35,000 DOE

*Are you passionate about quality assurance and continuous improvement? As a Quality Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring that their products meet the highest standards of quality and are delivered on time to their wide range of customers. Reporting to the Quality Manager (an outstanding person who I have recently secured a role in this business), you will be responsible for maintaining and improving quality systems, managing supplier quality, and supporting key quality and process initiatives.
Oversee quality processes, including internal, supplier, and co-manufacturing quality.
Support consumer complaint resolution and product quality standards.
Analyse data to drive problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
Mentor and manage Quality Coordinators and Product Testers.
Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in a quality role within a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of packing materials, ISO 9000/22000 standards, and statistical analysis.
A data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Knowledge of CI tools and commercial acumen.
Experience with Cape or similar palletising software (training provided).
