Permanent Recruitment Consultant - Bridgend £24,000 - £30,000 p/a (plus benefits) An exciting opportunity for a talented and confident Recruitment Consultant to join a vibrant and dynamic team at an established specialist recruitment agency who provide a wide spectrum of permanent recruitment solutions to the construction industries. Due to continual growth, our client is actively recruiting and growing the team at their Head Office in South Wales. What’s on offer then? • Small boutique agency who are in a great growth period • A collaborative, honest and vibrant culture • Great processes in place • 830 - 430 office working hours • Busy warm desks on National PSLs What will you be doing? • Responsible for 360 Permanent recruitment. • Identifying and developing client/business relationships in a competitive industry including networking and converting leads • Researching competitors and the market place • Identifying and sourcing suitable candidates using a variety of channels and maintaining a candidate database • Managing the process through the interview to offer stage and beyond • Briefing candidates and negotiating pay rates and finalising arrangements between the client and the candidate • Coaching and leading candidates and clients throughout the hiring process including offering CV, interview and general career advice • Working toward and exceeding targets What we are looking for? • MUST have 1 year minimum 360 recruitment experience. All sectors will be considered but a background in permanent recruitment would be beneficial. • Proven track record of placements and billings. • Excellent communication and persuasion skills. • A team player with a collaboration-based personality. • Solid work ethic with a general aptitude for sales. • Someone who cares about what they do and works hard.
