Main duties of the job The role of the Senior Learning from Deaths Manager is crucial to help foster a culture of learning across the Trust to facilitate the delivery of outstanding care to patients who access our services. The post holder will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the Trust maintains a forward thinking approach to learning from deaths and maintains a focus on continuous improvement within the wider Patient Safety and Quality Improvement Agenda within the organisation.
