Position: Care Co-Ordinator
Location: Shrewton Office (with community-based meetings/events)
Hours: Monday to Friday
Salary: £28,000 per annum
Holidays: 28 days (inclusive of bank holidays)

The Role
We are seeking a motivated and organised Care Co-Ordinator to manage the day-to-day scheduling of staff and clients while ensuring smooth communication between all parties. This role is based at our Shrewton Office and involves occasional travel for community events and staff meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
* Scheduling and Planning: Oversee staff and client schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all care services.
* Liaison and Communication: Collaborate with management regarding changes to scheduled care.
* Event Support: Assist with organising and attending community-focused events such as coffee mornings.
* Staff Management: Monitor and report on staff absences, ensuring compliance with organisational policies.
* Customer Support: Answer general queries via phone, providing timely and professional responses.
