Role:
My client is looking for a proactive Sales Consultant specialising in salary sacrifice schemes to support the increasing demand for this product. You will play a key role in ensuring our customers have access to competitive leasing options through salary sacrifice, and you'll be responsible for guiding clients through the process from start to finish. This role involves meeting with clients, hosting webinars, and providing phone consultations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout.
In addition to the above you will be expected to:
1. Provide top level client consultation services, aiming to understand client needs and offer tailored advice on salary sacrifice car leasing schemes.
2. Promote salary sacrifice car leasing through direct sales, presentations, and digital marketing efforts.
3. Provide exceptional service, handling inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
4. Prepare and manage all documentation, ensuring full compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, employees, and key stakeholders.
6. Stay updated on the latest salary sacrifice trends, tax laws, and market regulations.
7. Educate clients and internal teams on the benefits and mechanics of salary sacrifice schemes.
8. Track and report sales performance, client feedback, and market trends to senior management.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 2 years in car leasing, with specific experience in salary sacrifice schemes. Education to a degree level would be preferable too, especially in Business, Finance, Automotive Management, or a related field.

1. Low commission threshold and extremely lucrative commission structure + additional performance-based bonuses (commission is uncapped and the earning potential is fantastic).
2. The interview process for this position will consist of an initial face-to-face meeting either in person or via Teams to get to know you and chat through your experience. There will then be a 2nd stage, in which you will get to sit in the office (30 mins +) to get a feel for the environment, systems, and day-to-day role as well as meet the team!
3. There will be monthly, quarterly, and annual 121s for you to discuss your development and any other matters that you wish to.

5. This role is based on-site, but if you have family or other commitments, there is flexibility with hours and working hybrid on an ad hoc basis.
