We are recruiting for a Senior Occupational Therapist - Surgical & Amputees who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients
This role is within our surgical and respiratory team. The role will work across ITU, surgical wards and amputees both inpatient and outpatient clinics.

Main duties of the job
The main duties of the post include assessment and treatment of patients within the wards at Lister Hospital, supervision and mentoring of non-qualified staff and students, taking part in in-service training and taking a role in service improvement projects.
You will be the lead physiotherapist on the surgical wards and for the amputee rehabilitation service, including outpatient amputees.
You will be actively involved in the respiratory physiotherapy on-call service to the whole of the Lister Hospital site.

10. Relevant NHS/Social Services Post Graduate experience covering several rotations
