Main duties of the job We are looking for an experienced practice nurse who is able to demonstrate a strong foundation in a primary care setting. We are a hard working and friendly team who pride ourselves on delivering excellent patient care. The role comprises of standard treatment room duties including wound care, cytology and chronic disease management, alongside administering childhood immunisations and travel advice and vaccinations. There will also be a requirement to support the nursing, clinical and management teams in achieving QOF targets.
