What you’ll do:
1. Lead and develop a team of eight, fostering engagement and growth.
2. Ensure all food is freshly prepared and meets high standards, catering to diverse dietary needs.
3. Actively identify and pursue business growth opportunities within the contract and external markets.
4. Manage the financial performance of the unit, maintaining costs within pre-budgeted targets.
5. Uphold statutory and company standards for hygiene, health, and safety.
What you bring:
1. Proven experience in a similar environment, with a strong adherence to food hygiene and safety standards.
2. Effective leadership and people management skills, with a focus on team development and engagement.
3. Experience managing Profit & Loss accounts and a strong financial acumen.
4. Familiarity with CIEH, COSHH, and HACCP standards.
5. Self-motivated with excellent communication skills and a results-oriented mindset.
