As an Income Officer, you will play a vital role in managing and maximising income for our client's organisation. You will be responsible for overseeing accounts receivables, housing income, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Your meticulous attention to detail and analytical skills will ensure accuracy and efficiency in all financial processes.
In addition to your financial responsibilities, you will also have the chance to make a positive impact on our client's mission. By utilising your financial expertise, you will help support vulnerable individuals and families in our community, ensuring they have safe and affordable housing.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage rent arrears, taking appropriate action to maximise income and minimise losses
Conduct regular reconciliations of income and financial records
Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely invoicing and payments
Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
Skills and Qualifications:
Experience in accounts receivables, housing income, and financial management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in financial systems and software
Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
Effective communication and collaboration skills
