Lleoliad gwaith: Swyddfeydd Coed Pella / Hybrid
Dewch i ymuno â'n tîm sydd wedi ennill gwobrau. Rydym yn falch o fod wedi cyrraedd y Safon Rhagoriaeth Gwasanaeth Cwsmer fawreddog, sy’n dyst i’n hymrwymiad diwyro i ddarparu profiadau cwsmeriaid eithriadol sy’n rhoi ein cwsmeriaid wrth galon popeth a wnawn. Rydym yn chwilio am Swyddog Cyfathrebu talentog ac angerddol i'n helpu i barhau i ddarparu cyfathrebu cyflym, cywir ac effeithiol ar gyfer y gwasanaethau a ddarparwn i'r cymunedau yr ydym yn eu gwasanaethu. Enghreifftiau o wasanaethau yw casgliadau gwastraff, cau ffyrdd, tramffyrdd, gwaith ail-wynebu priffyrdd, torri gwair, gwagio biniau sbwriel, prosiectau proffil uchel megis cynlluniau amddiffyn yr arfordir ac ymateb cyfathrebu brys yn ystod tywydd garw.
Manylion y rheolwr ar gyfer trafodaeth anffurfiol: Melanie Egan, Uwch Swyddog Datblygu Busnes a Chyfathrebu â Chwsmeriaid, 01492 575409 melanie.egan@conwy.gov.uk
Gofynion y Gymraeg: Mae’r gallu i gyfarthrebu yn y Gymraeg yn ddymunol ar gyfer y swydd hon. Rydym ni wedi ymrwymo i'r Gymraeg ac yn falch iawn o’n diwylliant Cymreig. Rydym yn croesawu ceisiadau yn y Gymraeg a’r Saesneg fel ei gilydd ac ni fydd ffurflenni cais a dderbynnir yn y naill iaith na’r llall yn cael eu trin yn llai ffafriol na’i gilydd.
