Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: £85 - £90 per day
Contract: Long-term, with temp-to-perm opportunities at the school's discretion

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Primary Outreach Worker to join a specialist SEN school in Plymouth. The Role:
As an SEN Primary Outreach Worker, you will play a vital role in providing tailored support to children with a range of additional needs, helping them to overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential. Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting primary-aged students with a variety of SEN, including Autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs.
Working closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies.
Creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment where children feel supported and valued.
Adapting teaching materials and activities to meet the diverse learning styles and abilities of students.
