Talentedge are actively recruiting for a Senior Finance Manager/Junior Financial Controller for a rapidly growing media agency in Central London paying £60-£65k and offering hybrid working.

Responsibilities include:
● Complete Management Accounts and ensure all balance sheet accounts are reconciled in a timely fashion
● Transitioning month end reporting
● Report sales and gross profit analysis by client
● Write monthly Budget commentary comparing actual result to Budget
● Cash Management
● Complete weekly cash forecast for each entity and consolidated view for the Group
● Identify and flag any potential funding shortfalls across the Group
● Ensuring each entity is billing on a timely manner and Sales invoices are paid promptly
● Working closely with the CFO to ensure Revenue Forecasts are accurate
● Improving the month end integration with Budget / Forecasting
● Responsible for creating the overhead Budgets and supporting the CFO in the creation of the Budget
● Preparation and submission of VAT & PAYE reporting
● Working closely with the Accountants to prepare annual accounts
● Working with the agency to ensure accurate data is captured
● Participating in the monthly commercial reviews with Client Service team Team
● Coach and develop the team looking at ways to automate processes
● Ensure the team is right sized for the continued growth of the business
Relevant experience:
● ACA / ACCA / CIMA Qualified
● Experience of working as a Group Finance Manager or Financial Controller in a small growing agency
● Experience working in an Advertising / Marketing agency Required skills:
● Strong technical and analytical skills, with the ability to investigate and understand variances and the underlying reasons
● Meticulous attention to detail and an inquiring mind for accurate financial reporting
● Excellent interpersonal skills to confidently liaise with various departments and stakeholders
