Breakfast Club Supervisor
Queensferry Primary School
Salary: £24, - £25, (pro-rata for part-time and sessional)
Hours: 7.5 per week, 38 weeks sessional
Queensferry Primary is seeking a Breakfast Club Supervisor.
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 07:40 to 9:10hrs
This is a great opportunity to make a real difference to children's lives before the school day begins. As part of a team, you will supervise and care for the children while providing a healthy breakfast. You'll be a great listener, be organised and enjoy working with children. Previous experience of working with children in would be desirable.

* Note - Please read the sessional working information attached to this advert. This explains how salaries are calculated for sessional (term time) and part time posts. Example: A PSA on Grade 3 with less than 5 years' service working 27.5 hours per week for 39 weeks, would be paid: At lowest scale point: £24, x 45.6/52.18 weeks x 27.5/36 hours = £16, per year (£1, per month before tax/NI) At highest scale point: £25, x 45.6/52.18 weeks x 27.5/36 hours = £16, per year (£1, per month before tax/NI) PSAs do not work during the 12 weeks of school holidays, however total salary is paid in 12 equal monthly payments, over the year.
This post is regulated work with children and/or protected adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act. The preferred candidate will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check. Where an individual has spent a continuous period of 3 months or more out with the UK in the last 5 years, an Overseas Criminal Record Check will be required. You will be required to provide this check. An unconditional offer of employment and commencement in the post will be subject to the outcome of both these pre-employment checks being deemed satisfactory.

Our salary range typically reflects the initial starting salary and annually increases until it reaches the top of the range.
