Role Description
As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be the face of your restaurant, engaging with customers and ensuring smooth operations in the customer areas. Responsibilities include welcoming children, distributing balloons, organising special events, catering to customers' specific needs, maintaining cleanliness standards in the dining area and toilets, and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere. You will establish and maintain positive communication with customers and keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction.
