Knowledge & Skills:
* Salesforce Administrator Certification (or can evidence progress towards certification)
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills
* Relevant computing qualifications or relevant industry experience (Helpdesk, Computer Science, Business IT, etc.) – Desirable
* Organised, excellent attention to detail and focused on getting things done.
* Demonstrable experience working with the Microsoft suite of products, Excel is a must.
* Experience with data analysis, dashboards and reports
* Experience of working within a large organisation within an IT setting
* Ideally working within a similar role supporting day to day use of Salesforce
Working Environment:
* The role will predominantly be remote; however, the applicant must live within commutable distance to Bristol offices for regular team meetings.
* There may be some need to travel to sites or other central service departments.
* Current full UK Driving Licence, covered for business use on own motor vehicle would be advantageous.
