Your new role
The individual will be responsible for managing the company's internal IT systems and End User Services. Key tasks include:
1. Overseeing Windows-based services (email, file sharing)
2. Providing desktop support
3. Handling incidents using JIRA Service Desk
4. Managing Microsoft Office 365, Azure, and Active Directory
What you'll need to succeed
At least 4 years of experience supporting ITSM tools (e.g., JIRA Service Management). Proficiency in:
1. Windows 8/10 systems
2. Microsoft Windows 2012/2016 Server
3. Active Directory
Familiarity with SharePoint or SharePoint Online and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently.
